At our rehabilitation center, we offer specialized care for individuals facing physical and mental challenges. With a dedicated team of physiotherapist, staff nurse and care givers we provide comprehensive support tailored to unique needs of each client.

Fire safety is a crucial aspect that should not be taken for granted. It is essential for every individual to be aware of the risks associated with fire and how to prevent them. To spread awareness and educate people about fire safety, Smyrna in corporation with ABC Fire Services Coonoor conducted a Fire Safety Awareness Program.

There were 31 children from Smyrna Ooty who went to the MRC(Madras Regiment Centre) Museum, they are our beloved sponsor children. The museum has been dedicated to showcasing the military achievements of the regiment since its establishment. The children were accompanied by sponsor staff and travelled in two vehicles, spending half a day at the museum.

Almost 80 children had participated in the Drawing competition which was conducted by the Sponsor Department on the occasion of Environment Day, The children who had the best drawings were awarded and they all received the prizes . Many of the resource people from the sponsor team had also shared their experiences with the children

On August 4th 2022 , We had conducted a farewell meeting for our beloved Sponsor Children, who have graduated from various Colleges . They have all gathered on the day to give their thanks to the institution and wrote their heartfelt wishes to their beloved Sponsors who have helped them to complete their education .

Our very own NEW WORLD Children have been making woolen sweaters and mufflers with Crochet. Lovely baby sweaters and thick mufflers made by them.

We have been working with Mr. Caleb who is our resource person and social worker who helps the people in the areas of Pillur Dam and Barlikadu, So This cricket tournament was conducted by the STF (Special task force) and Youth of Barlikadu in coalition with the Forest Department .

The multi media studio was inaugurated by Mr.Karthika Rajkumar,in the presence of Managing Trustee Mr. Samuel Prabhakar and our staff at Smyrna campus on 23.09.2021. Mr. Karthika RajKumar was a trustee and C0-ordinator for us for 20 years. He is also a renowned writer in the Tamil language. He had written many novels, short stories and poems.

Our beloved sponsor children have taken part in the annual World Moral Day- Humanitarian Drive – District Level School Event conducted by Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College and 4 of our children have won prizes the “poster making” competition.
